Job Summary
Monitor and report changes in patient condition in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws; lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients; assist with baths, grooming, feeding, and toileting; accurately document and chart patient care; respond to call lights promptly; assist in evacuation of patients; maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality; follow company policies including harassment and compliance training; work as part of an interdisciplinary team; English language proficiency; CNA program completion and active state license; CPR certification kept current during employment; 1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
