Personal Care Technician

Job Summary
Provide direct support to residents by promoting personal growth, independence in homes and community, and assisting with activities of daily living. Maintain healthy boundaries, plan meals, and handle personal care tasks including bathing, toileting, transferring, and dressing. Accurately pass medications, keep the home environment clean, and maintain records and documentation. Accompany residents to the community for recreational activities and doctor appointments while building relationships with family and neighbors. Comply with HIPAA Privacy Act and participate in scheduled trainings and meetings. Work weekends every other Saturday and Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to satisfy the post-offer requirements (i.e., Wisconsin Caregiver Background, medical screenings, and pre-employment drug screening)
- Must be able to work weekends (every other Saturday and Sunday is required)
