Job Summary
Personal Care Specialist in a cannabis dispensary focused on customer-facing, in-store education and service. Responsibilities include engaging with patients/customers, educating on products and methods of consumption, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining POS operations, stocking and presenting the sales floor, assisting management with store operations, and upholding safety and HIPAA considerations. Strong emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, and ability to work varied shifts in a retail cannabis environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Prior cannabis experience not required
