Job Summary
Part-time Personal Care Specialist in a cannabis dispensary (Silver Spring, MD). Engage in customer-facing retail interactions, educate patients/customers on products and methods of consumption, and tailor regimens to needs. Responsibilities include promoting a positive store environment, verifying order deliveries, assisting management to maintain compliant operations, ensuring adherence to cannabis regulations, stocking the sales floor, handling POS operations, inventory counts, and maintaining documentation. Must have at least one year of customer service experience, be able to work varied shifts (including mornings, days, nights, and weekends), be 21+, pass background checks, and have a valid driver’s license or state ID; prior cannabis experience not required. Emphasizes professionalism, HIPAA compliance, safety, product knowledge, and excellent communication in a patient/customer-focused setting.
Required Qualifications
