Personal Care Specialist (Part Time)

Job Summary
Engage in one-on-one, customer-facing interactions in a cannabis dispensary retail environment; educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety; recommend safe regimens based on individual needs; maintain product knowledge; support store operations, compliance with cannabis regulations, inventory, and POS tasks across Front of House and Back of House duties; ensure security, cleanliness, and adherence to company values and HIPAA requirements; ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends; must be 21+ with reliable attendance and pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Prior cannabis experience not required
