Personal Care Specialist (Part Time)

Job Summary
Personal Care Specialist engages in one-on-one interactions with patients/customers in a cannabis retail environment, educating on products, methods of consumption, and safety; recommends safe regimens, assists with order deliveries verification, supports store operations, ensures compliance with cannabis regulations, maintains store presentation and inventory, operates POS/Kiosk, and performs front-of-house and back-of-house duties including checkout, curbside, and inventory counts. Emphasizes excellent customer service, willingness to learn about cannabis products and therapies, compliance with safety and HIPAA requirements, and professional conduct in a privacy-conscious, customer-focused setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Prior cannabis experience not required
