Job Summary
Personal Care Specialist at a cannabis dispensary providing customer-facing service, educating patients/customers on products and methods of consumption, recommending safe regimens, maintaining store operations and compliance with cannabis regulations, handling POS and inventory, and supporting management across front/back-of-house duties. Requires ability to work varying shifts, strong customer service skills, reliability, and compliance with cannabis laws; no prior cannabis experience required.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
