Personal Care Specialist (Part Time)

Personal Care Specialist to work in a cannabis dispensary retail environment. Responsibilities include engaging with patients/customers, educating on products, methods of consumption and safety, recommending regimens, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring a compliant store environment, assisting with order deliveries, supporting management to ensure store operations run smoothly, maintaining files, enforcing local/state cannabis regulations, stocking the sales floor, and performing duties across Front of House, Back of House, and Maintenance tasks. Skills include excellent customer service, ability to learn about cannabis products and therapies, POS system proficiency, strong communication, regulatory knowledge, professionalism, and HIPAA compliance. Must be able to move and stock items, interact with customers, and operate office productivity tools. The role requires flexibility for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends, and aligns with GTI’s mission and inclusive culture.
