Job Summary
Personal Care Specialist role in a cannabis dispensary involves one-on-one customer interactions in a retail setting, educating patients/customers on products and methods of consumption, recommending safe regimens, and ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with orders, POS usage, inventory maintenance, curbside/roll-thru/front-and-back-of-house duties, and maintaining a compliant, well-stocked storefront while providing excellent customer service and upholding safety and confidentiality (HIPAA).
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
