Job Summary
Personal Care Specialist engages in one-on-one interactions with patients and/or customers in a cannabis dispensary retail environment, educating on products, methods of consumption, and safety; assists in verifying orders, supports store operations, maintains compliance with regulations, and operates POS while delivering high-quality, customer-focused service. Roles include front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, inventory and replenishment, safety and security procedures, and ability to work varying shifts in a patient/customer-facing retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Prior cannabis experience not required
