Job Summary

Work one-on-one with children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities to support goals in independence, social/communication skills, and life skills. Identify support needs and make community connections on behalf of the individual. Provide transportation as a core requirement of the role. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance. All applicants must pass a background check including criminal and driving records. Experience in direct support, childcare, or disability services is preferred. This position serves individuals across Strafford County through Community Partners, linking families to long-term supports for a full life in the community.

Required Qualifications

  • Transportation
