Job Summary
Work 1:1 with children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities on goals established in their In Home Supports plan, focusing on increasing independence, social/communication skills, and life skills. Provide transportation as a requirement of the position while maintaining a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance. Support individuals across Strafford County with varying ages, support levels, and weekly hour needs by identifying support needs and making community connections. Pass a background check including criminal and driving records. Experience in LNA, CNA, DSP, or direct support roles is considered.
