Job Summary
Provide direct care for residents utilizing physical, psychological, and social techniques under the supervision of a charge nurse. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills while working effectively within a team environment. Complete the required Direct Care certification before the start date. Work during the week from 3:00 pm until 11:30 pm, with evening, night, and weekend shifts required. Receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 and an hourly rate ranging from $18.02 to $21.63, plus a $2.00 shift differential. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Direct Care certification
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Long Term Care preferred
