Job Summary
Senior Skills Trainer for the Personal Care Attendant Program responsible for educating consumers on managing consumer-directed hands-on care, assessing ability to manage PCA services, training consumers and surrogates in skills needed to manage their PCA program per Mass Health Service Agreement and PCM Contract, maintaining confidentiality, completing internal documentation (Progress Notes, Dayforce, Outlook), attending trainings, and ensuring compliance with program policies and Mass Health regulations. Performs intake and re-evaluation tasks, supports EVV training and ongoing support, tracks documentation and reports to Supervisor/Manager, and travels within assigned service area. Requires strong communication, organizational, and writing skills; basic MS Office/Outlook proficiency; and willingness to travel. Travel is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred; GED or High School Diploma is required.
