Job Summary
Senior Skills Trainer for the Personal Care Attendant program, responsible for educating consumers on managing consumer-directed hands-on care, training consumers/surrogates in PCA program skills, and handling department-wide tasks. Responsibilities include following up on functional skills training, assessing consumer ability, maintaining confidentiality, attending trainings and meetings, ensuring compliance with Mass Health regulations and PCM Contract, managing documentation and intake/re-evaluation processes, timely communication with surrogates/consumers, and supporting EVV, referrals, and progress tracking. Requires travel within a 60-mile radius of home, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle; bilingual English preferred. Full-time position with 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm; mileage reimbursement; orientation in Stoughton; benefits and background checks per policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; GED or High School Diploma required.
