Job Summary
Senior Skills Trainer for the Personal Care Attendant Program who educates consumers on managing their consumer-directed hands-on PCA services, supports program documentation and training processes, coordinates assessments and re-evaluations, and ensures compliance with Mass Health and PCM contracts. Responsibilities include follow-up on functional skills training, confidentiality of consumer information, attendance at trainings and supervision, in-service participation, EVV training and support, intake and progress documentation, and milestone reporting. Requires travel within a 60-mile radius of home address, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and 8:30–4:30 schedule Monday–Friday with 2-day orientation in Stoughton; bilingual English preferred; 35 hours/week; benefits package included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; GED or High School Diploma required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle for travel within assigned service area
- Experience or education in teaching or counseling is helpful
- Experience providing services for people with disabilities preferred
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook and database navigation
- Travel within assigned service area (60 miles)
