Job Summary
Senior Skills Trainer for the Personal Care Attendant Program who educates consumers on managing consumer-directed hands-on PCA services and performs related department-wide training and documentation tasks. The role supports program compliance with Mass Health Service Agreement and PCM Contract, trains consumers and surrogates, maintains confidentiality, and communicates effectively to coordinate workflow. Requires travel within a 60-mile radius, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a 35-hour workweek, with in-person responsibilities in Natick, Waltham, or Framingham, MA. Bilingual English preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle to travel within assigned service area
- Travel required; cover a 60 mile radius of home address
- 2 day orientation in Stoughton in person
