Job Summary
Senior Skills Trainer for Tempus Unlimited’s Personal Care Attendant program. The role involves educating consumers on managing consumer-directed hands-on PCA services, training consumers and surrogates per the Mass Health Service Agreement and the PCM Contract, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting program-wide documentation, intake, assessments, EVV training, and related tasks. Travel within the service area is required; duties include completing required documentation, reporting incidents, and coordinating with supervisors. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and data systems, are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with GED or high school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Experience providing services for people with disabilities
- Experience or education in teaching or counseling is helpful
