Job Summary
Senior Skills Trainer for the Personal Care Attendant Program who educates consumers on managing consumer-directed hands-on care, conducts skills training across the PCM program, maintains program documentation, ensures confidentiality, participates in trainings, and supports EVV and intake processes. Requires driving to service area within a 60-mile radius, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel; bilingual English preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; GED or High School Diploma required
- Experience providing services for people with disabilities
- Experience or education in teaching or counseling is helpful
- Knowledge of community resources and social service systems is beneficial
- Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to navigate databases
