Personal Care Management Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse with MassHealth PCA evaluation program responsibilities: perform initial evaluations and annual reevaluations for personal care services, ensure timely submission of evaluations, handle hours adjustment requests, respond to MassHealth inquiries with professional input on PCA evaluation, adhere to PCA program standards, schedule reevaluations, maintain progress notes, coordinate with PCA Eval Dept Assistants, communicate with supervisor and office staff to resolve issues, interact with Tempus Unlimited offices to support consumer independence, attend monthly staff meetings, report suspected fraud or abuse to PCM Management Team and appropriate agencies, and collaborate with program staff to ensure quality care. Requires community-based travel within the coverage area, ability to document in the data base, and strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills. Requirements include MA RN license, 2 years direct care experience, ability to multi-task, and flexible, professional teamwork; travel within the specified MA counties is required.
