Personal Care Management Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) for Personal Care Management Evaluation Department to perform initial evaluations and annual reevaluations of members applying for personal care services under MassHealth. Travel within the coverage area is required; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Coverage area within MA with up to a 60-mile radius of home addresses in Barnstable or Plymouth County. Requires MA RN license, 2 years direct-care experience with disabled individuals, and orientation in Stoughton. Core duties include evaluating and reevaluating PCA eligibility, managing evaluation timelines, responding to inquiries, adhering to PCA Program standards, scheduling visits, documenting progress notes, coordinating with PCA Eval Dept Assistants, and collaborating with the PCA Program and supervisor.
