Personal Care Management Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse in Personal Care Management Evaluation providing community-based services to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include performing initial evaluations and annual reevaluations for PCA services per MassHealth regulations, submitting evaluations within required timeframes, responding to hours adjustment requests, interfacing with MassHealth inquiries, scheduling reevaluations, documenting progress notes, and coordinating with PCA Eval Dept Assistants and Supervisor. Travel within the coverage area (MA, within ~60 miles of home in Barnstable/Plymouth County) is required; 35-hour workweek, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. Requires MA RN license, 2 years of direct-care experience with disabled individuals, ability to work in both office and community settings, and strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and familiarity with MassHealth PCA Program.
