Personal Care Management Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse in Personal Care Management Evaluation Department conducts initial and annual PCA evaluations per MassHealth regulations, documents progress notes, submits evaluations within required timeframes, schedules reevaluation visits, responds to inquiries, and collaborates with PCA Program staff. Travel within the coverage area is required; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Requires involvement with MassHealth PCA Program standards and interacts with supervisor and office staff to address issues, attend monthly meetings, and ensure consumer independence. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm with a 35-hour work week; MA RN license is required; preferred Bachelor’s Degree; 2 years of direct care experience with disabled individuals; duties include communicating with PCA Eval Dept Assistants, maintaining confidentiality, and representing the agency professionally.
