Personal Care LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Montana to support in-home and private duty nursing services. Works with the Personal Care Coordinator, Medicaid Case Management Team, and referral sources to implement Personal Care Attendant Services and Private Duty Nursing for private pay, HCBS, and State plan recipients. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, orienting, supervising, and coordinating Personal Care attendants; evaluating recipient needs and placing appropriate care attendants; monitoring services and recipient satisfaction; reviewing and authorizing attendant and private duty nursing billing; and assisting with marketing and reporting of services. Must have Montana nursing license, and Driver’s license; ability to use computer software; capable of performing essential job duties with or without accommodation; ability to pass background check. In-home care experience is helpful. This is a non-profit role with comprehensive benefits.
