Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of Care Team Associates, ensuring patients receive personal care services based on their specific needs and priorities. Meet operational and growth goals while maintaining quality standards and fostering an engaged workforce. Assist with screening, on-boarding, and staffing patient cases, communicating with patients, caregivers, and families to ensure satisfaction and compliance with laws and policies. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required
