Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support while monitoring and reporting changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors. Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed, and assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans. Handle light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed. Valid HHA certification or CNA license preferred, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Background check and drug screening required. Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Caregiver preferred
- Valid HHA certification or CNA license a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
