Job Summary
Lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team by administering medications, assessing resident health, and delegating daily assignments to ensure quality, person-centered care. Mentor CNAs, PCAs, and team members while collaborating on individualized care plans and maintaining regulatory and HIPAA compliance. Work a flexible night shift from 10:45pm to 7:15am, five days per pay with no weekends. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved LPN program
- Active, unencumbered PA LPN license
