Job Summary
Provide personal care and accommodations to EPIC youth with disabilities in Boston, supervise youth during workshops and activities, and support staff in preparing for and delivering EPIC programming. Assist with daily living tasks (toileting, eating) and ensure youth-led participation within the EPIC self-advocacy model. Facilitate community service projects, help maintain supplies, participate in trainings, and coordinate with families, community partners, and Triangle staff to meet program goals. Must be able to travel to partner sites and have reliable transportation; role involves interfacing with youth, staff, and external partners to promote leadership development and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human services
- Experience assisting people with disabilities with personal care, including transfers when necessary
- Must have valid driver’s license or dependable transportation (travel to different partners)
