Personal Care Attendant - Riverside Terrace

Assist residents with activities of daily living and instrumental tasks, including medication administration under supervision, meal service, and dining room support. Conduct room checks and tenant rounds to monitor environmental and safety hazards, while maintaining high involvement in tenant activities and providing feedback to the Activity Coordinator. Record incidents, errors, and accidents, reporting occurrences to the Director within one hour. Ensure ongoing compliance with local, state, federal, and accrediting body standards while fostering resident independence and freedom of choice. Maintain appropriate confidentiality levels and collaborate with peers and all team members.
