Job Summary
Provide compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living. Connect with residents and family members to create a lasting, positive experience. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development opportunities. Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Perform any other duties as assigned.
