Job Summary
Provides compassionate and dignified care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and guiding residents through daily routines. Engages with residents and families in a caring, empathetic manner; participates in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings; ensures confidentiality and privacy of resident information; performs other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to serving with love and dignity. Part-time 1st shift position in Parkersburg/Cedar Grove area with healthcare benefits, time off, and additional family-planning and financial perks.
