Personal Care Attendant (PCA)

Make an occupied or unoccupied bed, pass fresh ice water, and deliver meal trays. Check resident temperatures and perform one-person transfers. Reposition residents in bed, float heels, and transfer them to wheelchairs using a gait belt. Assist with ambulation, oral care, denture care, bed baths, and perineal or catheter care. Help residents get dressed, manage hearing aids, and assist with bathroom use or urinal access. This temporary position requires a Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening, English language proficiency, and a minimum age of 18. No prior experience or specific education is required, as all training is provided by the company.
