Job Summary
Provides direct resident care and assists with ADLs for older adults in Prestige Senior Living - Bridgewood. Responsibilities include observing residents’ physical and mental conditions and reporting changes to supervisors, taking vital signs and documenting care services, assisting with dining and activities, performing first aid and emergency procedures, greeting residents and visitors, following infection control practices, serving meals and assisting with dining room/kitchen tasks, coordinating with co-workers for transfers and personal care services, assisting with housekeeping and laundry, attending trainings and staff meetings, and performing other related duties. Requires a high school diploma or GED (one+ year personal care experience preferred), current First Aid and CPR certification (Food Handlers permit if required), and completion of competency training within 120 days. Prior training in Revised Fundamentals of Care, Dementia Care, HIV/First Aid/ CPR is noted as required if documentation is not provided. Required Qualifications

- Must complete and pass competency evaluation within 120 days of employment, state required training including the Revised Fundamentals of Care, Dementia Care, First Aid, CPR and HIV training if not able to provide appropriate documentation of prior training.
