Job Summary
Provides direct resident care, assists in daily living activities, and supports dining, housekeeping, and transport tasks for residents in a Prestige Senior Living community. Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ condition, documenting care and incidents, performing First Aid, following infection control practices, assisting with tours/move-ins/move-outs/transfers, coordinating with co-workers for lifting and transfers, and ensuring safe dining and living environments. Requires completion of state-required training (Revised Fundamentals of Care, Dementia Care, First Aid, CPR, HIV) and a high school diploma or GED with one+ year of personal care experience preferred; current First Aid and CPR certifications and Food Handlers permit if required by state. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with one or more years of personal care experience with older adults preferred
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Food Handlers permit if required by State
