Job Summary
Provide direct resident care as part of Prestige Senior Living - Bridgewood in Vancouver, WA, serving older adults. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, vital signs, documenting care in logs, helping residents from dining to activities, performing First Aid and emergency procedures, greeting residents and visitors, enforcing fire safety and infection control, assisting with meals and dining room cleanup, supporting move-ins/move-outs/transfers, coordinating with team members, and participating in training and staff meetings. Requires completion of competency evaluation within 120 days, state-required training (Revised Fundamentals of Care, Dementia Care, First Aid, CPR, HIV training), and maintaining First Aid/CPR certification; a High School diploma or GED is preferred with one or more years of personal care experience with older adults.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Food Handlers permit if required by State
- Must complete and pass competency evaluation within 120 days of employment
