Personal Care Attendant

Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and medication reminding while ensuring their safety and security. Provide companionship through social interaction and emotional reassurance, and manage household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and housekeeping. Escort clients to medical facilities and errands, assist with special diets, and handle shopping and correspondence as specified in care plans. Monitor supplies, report unsafe conditions, and participate in Client Care Team meetings to provide input. Deliver all services in a caring, respectful manner in accordance with Agency policies and industry standards.
