Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities due to age, illness, disability, or other conditions. Duties include helping with bathing, dressing, ambulation, meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, medication reminders, grooming, skin and nail care, toileting, transferring, and providing companionship and respite for families. Ensure safety, follow care plans, assist with errands and shopping, escort clients to appointments, and participate with the Client Care Team to support overall well-being and independence in the client’s home and community.
