Personal Care Attendant

Provide in-home personal care and support to clients in their own homes and communities, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Follow written care plans, deliver respite care as needed, monitor safety, assist with routine tasks (meal planning, laundry, housekeeping), and communicate with the Client Care Team and Branch Manager to ensure compassionate, respectful service aligned with agency policies and standards. Skills include ambulation, medication reminders, documentation support, escorting clients to appointments, and capable interaction to encourage social engagement and mental stimulation.
