Personal Care Attendant

Assist clients with activities of daily living including ambulation, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and medication reminding. Provide companionship through social interaction and emotional reassurance while performing household tasks like meal preparation, laundry, and housekeeping. Escort clients to medical facilities and errands, manage personal finances under supervision, and write correspondence as needed. Monitor supplies, follow written care plans, and report unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager. Ensure all services align with Agency policies and industry standards.
