Personal Care Attendant

Assist individuals with activities of daily living including ambulation, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and medication reminding. Provide companionship through social interaction and emotional reassurance while performing housekeeping tasks like meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning. Escort clients to medical facilities and manage essential errands, including handling funds under supervision. Monitor client safety by observing environments and reporting unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager. Follow written care plans and participate in Client Care Team meetings to provide input on service delivery.
