Provide in-home personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for clients in their own homes and communities, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, companionship, respite, medication reminders, meal planning, and assistance with following care plans; ensure client safety, assist with writing or typing correspondence, escort to medical facilities, and collaborate with Branch Manager and Client Care Team; monitor supplies and report unsafe conditions; follow policies and care plans; observe clients and environments.
