Personal Care Attendant

Provide in-home personal care to individuals in their own homes and communities, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, feeding), meal planning and preparation, housekeeping and laundry, transportation, companionship, respite for families, medication reminders, and support per care plans. Ensure client safety, monitor the home environment, document and communicate with the Client Care Team (Branch Manager and Regional Leadership), and assist with following written care plans and dietary requirements. May involve accompanying clients to medical facilities and errands, and performing light shopping; duties include aiding with communication (writing/typing) and contributing to planned activities that stimulate the mind.
