Personal Care Attendant

Provide in-home personal care to individuals in their own homes and communities, including assistance with activities of daily living (ambulation, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring), meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, companionship, and respite. Ensure safety and security of the client, follow care plans, monitor supplies, and coordinate with the Client Care Team and Branch Manager. May assist with medication reminders, documentation, and accompanying clients to medical facilities or errands, while maintaining a caring and respectful approach in accordance with agency policies and industry standards.
