Job Summary
Providing resident-centered care to adults in The Briarwood Community's Elms Assisted Living. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility; support breakfast and morning routines; monitor resident health and well-being and report changes to nursing staff; maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment; foster respectful, compassionate interactions with residents, families, and team members; document care and support provided in accordance with facility protocols. Requires MA CNA or HHA certification and strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred but not required. Schedule is 7am–3pm; Position Type: Full-Time; Competitive hourly rate $18–$20/hour; Location: Worcester, MA.
