Job Summary
Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility; monitor resident safety and observe for signs of distress or changes in condition; accurately document resident care and communicate with nursing staff; engage residents in activities promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being; maintain resident privacy per HIPAA and company policies; support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment; role may be known as PCA, Caregiver, Resident Care Assistant, or Personal Support Aide; lift and assist residents within stated weight limits; work in a indoor senior living environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and BLS certifications are a plus — training available
