Personal Care Attendant

Provide hands-on assistance to residents in an assisted living setting as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA). Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and emotional well-being while preserving resident dignity. Work with a team of caregivers and nursing staff to monitor safety, document care and changes, and communicate resident needs. Maintain privacy per HIPAA and company policies, contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment, and engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being. Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR/BLS certifications are a plus and training is available.
