Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide compassionate physical and emotional support while monitoring safety and observing for signs of distress. Accurately document care activities and communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident needs. Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. Support a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment. Work in an indoor senior living environment, accompanying residents to supervised indoor or outdoor activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and BLS certifications
- Friendly, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to resident comfort and safety
