Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Run errands, provide meaningful companionship, and monitor well-being while communicating changes to your supervisor. Follow each client's individualized Plan of Care to ensure safe, high-quality care in their homes. Requires a valid Vermont driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and successful completion of background checks and physical examinations. Per diem and part-time opportunities available with mileage reimbursement and discounts at local vendors.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED equivalent
- Valid Vermont driver's license
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment history and physical examination
- Must successfully pass background checks including driver record, criminal, adult and child abuse background, and Office of Inspector General (OIG) check/review
- Must show proof of qualified auto insurance at time of employment
