Personal Care Associate

The Personal Care Associate will provide participant care and home maintenance interventions under the supervision of a designated IDT member, with responsibilities including personal care activities (hygiene, mobility, elimination), light housekeeping, meal preparation, and support activities to foster independence and caregiver relief. The role emphasizes building therapeutic relationships with participants and families from diverse backgrounds, offering emotional support, companionship, and respite, while aligning with the participant’s plan of care and organization policies. Strong emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care in a home-health setting and adherence to schedule and location flexibility as directed. Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year of relevant geriatric/home care experience; valid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insurance. The position offers full-time hours, a pay range of $17.02–$20.00 hourly, mileage/OT, substantial benefits, and a supportive work environment.
