Job Summary
Provide 1:1 companionship to residents requiring socialization through conversation, listening, and participation in recreational activities. Assist with daily tasks including phone calls, letter writing, and computer operation while maintaining a safe environment within apartments. Accompany residents on walks, community trips, and medical appointments, and deliver an engaged dining experience. Report changes in resident condition and needs timely, offering emotional support to residents, families, and friends. Perform light housekeeping and laundry as needed to maintain a clean environment. Work 2pm to 10pm shifts with an everyother weekend commitment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
